MENGANALSIS KUALITAS LAYANAN BENGKEL MOTOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the quality of the service of the AHASS Udin Motor Gelumbang workshop uses the importance performance analysis method with the aim to determine consumers' perceptions and expectations of the service quality of the Udass Motor Gelumbang AHASS Workshop and the priority of its improvement. The results showed that the results of the test with the importance performance analysis method obtained an average value of suitability of 102% so that it can be interpreted that the overall customer felt very satisfying to the quality of repair and maintenance services of Honda motorcycles provided by AHASS Udin Motor Workshop in Gelumbang. For this reason, there are a number of recommendations for improvement in the quality of service shops, namely workshops providing luggage storage numbers, conducting training, evaluating supply of goods, and not implementing a booking service system. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kualiatas layanan bengkel AHASSUdin Motor Gelumbang menggunakan metode importance performance analysis dengan tujuan untukmengetahui persepsi dan ekspetasi konsumen terhadap kualitas layanan Bengkel AHASS Udin MotorGelumbang dan parioritas perbaikannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian denganmetode importance performance analysis diperoleh nilai rata–rata tingkat kesuaian sebesar 102%sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa pelangan secara keseluruhan merasa sangat memuasakan terhadapkualitas layanan perbaikan dan perawatan sepeda motor honda yang diberikan Bengkel AHASS UdinMotor Gelumbang. Untuk itu, maka ada beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan dalam kualitas layanan bengkelyakni bengkel memberikan nomor penitipan barang, melakukan pelatihan, melakukan evaluasi persedian barang, dan tidak menerapkan sistem booking service.
