Abstract

The development of technology in the community can get information faster and easier. At present, technology can not only be used by certain groups, but can be accessed by all groups. One of the largest provinces in Indonesia, South Sumatra has a variety of hospitals spread throughout the city which can help the health needs of the community. Based on hospital data sources that can be used in the health services of the South Sumatra Province in 2018, currently South Sumatra now has 70 hospitals spread across the city districts in South Sumatra. Thus the decision to choose the right and fast health service location is a critical decision. therefore it becomes a consideration for the author to develop a hospital deployment mapping system in South Sumatra using google maps api with the prototype method
