The development of technological times is increasingly rapid, one of which is the development of Android-based smartphones, using Android all access can be done. Therefore, to use increasingly sophisticated technology, the design of an android-based monitoring system at Palembang Muhammadiyah 2 Vocational School is due to problems in the process of monitoring parents of their children in school. This system will be very useful for parents and teachers to monitor students while at school. Be it from academic values, achievements, violations and behaviors carried out by students. This research method uses descriptive methods, where this method can determine the value of the independent variable or either one variable or more (independent). This system development method uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which focuses on the user, so that it can provide a good enough value for the monitoring system for parents and teachers to use. The results of this study will show that the construction of this monitoring system is a revolution in opening up information on the development of their children at school.
