Abstract

ABSTRAK

Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan merupakan unsur pelaksana urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan pemerintah provinsi di bidang pendidikan. Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Dinas yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Gubernur melalui Sekretaris Daerah. 4 Kota yang dipimpin oleh Walikota. Dalam hal ini, penulis meneliti pola sebaran sekolah pada Kota Pagar Alam yang terletak di Koordinat‎: ‎103,15°BT, 4°LS, Kota Lubu klinggau terletak pada posisi antara 102 º 40' 0” - 103 º 0' 0” bujur timur dan 3 º 4' 10” - 3 º 22' 30” lintang selatan, Kabupaten Musi Rawas terletak pada posisi 1020 07’ 00” – 1030 40’ 10” Bujur Timur dan 020 20’ 00” – 030 38’ 00” Lintang Selatan dan Kabupaten Empat Lawang terletak antara 3,25 derajat sampai dengan 4,15 derajat Lintang Selatan (LS), 102,37 derajat sampai dengan 103,45 derajat bujur timur (BT). Untuk mengetahui pola sebaran di 4 kabupaten tersebut penulis menggunakan metode Average Nearest Neighbor dengan aplikasi Arcgis 10.3 dimana dengan metode tersebut akan menghasilkan informasi pola sebaran yaitu Pola Bergerombol (Cluster Pattern) , Tersebar Tidak Merata (Random Pattern) , Tersebar Merata (Dispersed Pattern).

Abstract

The Education Office of South Sumatra Province is the implementing element of government affairs under the authority of the provincial government in the field of education. The South Sumatra Provincial Education Office is led by a Head of Service who is under and responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary. 4 Cities led by the Mayor. In this case, the authors examined the distribution pattern of schools in Pagar Alam City which is located at the coordinates: 103.15 ° East Longitude, 4 ° S, Lubu Klinggau City is located between 102 º 40 '0 "- 103 º 0' 0" east longitude and 3 º 4 '10 "- 3 º 22' 30" south latitude, Musi Rawas Regency is located at position 1020 07 '00 "- 1030 40' 10" East Longitude and 020 20 '00 "- 030 38' 00" South latitude and Empat Lawang Regency are located between 3.25 degrees to 4.15 degrees south latitude (LS), 102.37 degrees to 103.45 degrees east longitude (BT). To find out the distribution pattern in the 4 districts, the author uses the Average Nearest Neighbor method with the Arcgis 10.3 application where this method will generate distribution pattern information, namely Cluster Patterns, Random Patterns, and Dispersed Patterns.
