SISTEM MONITORING PERKEMBANGAN PROYEK BERBASIS ANDROID PADA PT. WASKITA SRIWIJAYA TOL

Abstract

PT. Waskita Sriwijaya Tol is a company that employs toll road construction projects in South Sumatra. In the process of working routine activities are carried out, namely the process of monitoring the development of projects that are being done in the field so that some data is taken as a report to the head office where the reporting process is still manually, namely with report books and also using social media Whatsapp, however, the system has its own problems, considering there are still many obstacles that exist, the data is prone to damage and the limited capacity of the data sent so that it is less efficient. From these problems, the author took the initiative to create a monitoring system for the development of android-based projects at PT. Waskita Sriwijaya Tol uses the R & D or Research and Development method as a research method and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a system development method, so that these problems can be resolved and the work is more efficient.
