SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN DANA DESA BENAWA KECAMATAN TELUK GELAM
Abstract
The development of information technology (IT) has become a necessity for every level of society. The existence of this information technology plays an important role in the process of village budget management that can be used in planning, developing, and developing the independence and welfare of the community. In this case villages that have a very important role for national development are given greater authority and greater sources of funds in managing the potential and building village infrastructure in supporting and developing the rural economy. Many village governments today are still using conventional information systems in managing village budget funds, one of which is the Benawa Village Office located in Teluk Gelam District, which currently does not use a computerized system for conducting activities both in budget management and financial reporting . In this case, it is very necessary to develop an information system for managing village budget funds which is very much needed in overcoming problems that occur in the village government in carrying out its tasks and functions created using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The reason for using the XP method is because the methodology is simple and flexible to changes that occur during system development. It is hoped that later it can help and facilitate the performance of village office staff in managing the village budget.
